Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an industrialist and philosopher. He established Social Discovery Group, an multinational internet organization with primary Dmitry Volkov location in Malta, and holds stake in Dating Group.
In 2016, he created the SDG Arts & Science Foundation.
He possesses a PhD in philosophical research and helped create the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Scholarly Department of Moscow State University.
